Terms of service

By placing an order you agree to abide by our terms, conditions and policies. If you do not agree with the following, Do Not place an order.
Please contact us with any questions prior to ordering. Orders are not subject to cancellation. Your credit card is charged upon completion of your order by Personalized Gifts Inc. 

All Sales are Final, there are no returns or refunds. If we have made an error, we will replace your items.
If extenuating circumstances cause you to cancel your order there will be a 15% surcharge deducted from your refund. If artwork has been created then a 25% fee will be deducted. If your item has been created a 65% fee will be deducted.
If your item has shipped refunds will not be honored regardless of the circumstances.

Do NOT upload any images or request any text that is copyrighted or trademarked. Doing so will delay your order. You will be asked to change text or replace images. If you do not and you cancel your order a 20% service fee will be deducted from your refund.

BE sure your images are high quality, crisp and clear. Sending low quality images will result in a low quality print / item.
OR we may ask you to replace the image with a different image. Any request to cancel due to refusal to send a different image will follow the no returns or refunds statement above.

We reserve the right to cancel any order with content that we deem inappropriate. Do not request any text or send any images that are of a pornographic or violent nature.  Do not request any text with cuss words. (cute / funny - ok  crude rude - not ok)

We do not guarantee delivery dates. Once an item leaves our facility it is in the hands of the shipping carrier you chose at check out.  Our preferred shipper is UPS, however, it is your choice who you prefer to ship with.  We are not responsible for carrier delays. There are NO Refunds for delayed or late deliveries.

You must track your order until received. If there are delays with your shipment, contact your LOCAL post office or UPS hub. NOT US! We do not get any info other than online tracking just like you. We do not have any inside info or connections. Your LOCAL POSTMASTER or UPS hub is the only one that can assist you.   Please file a service request and then email us with the SR# so that we can file it with your order. We will assist in any way we can, but all contact with UPS/USPS is your responsibility. 

If you choose 1st class shipping (standard shipping)  your order is NOT insured against loss or damage.  We suggest you upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail or UPS ground which are both insured. 

If your order is marked delivered but you do not have it. You must file a missing package report with USPS / UPS.  If USPS/UPS resolves that your package was delivered to your location then you must file a police report for mail / package theft.
No Claims with us / UPS / USPS or your credit card bank will be honored for late, or lost deliveries.

It is your responsibility to keep your credit card information secure. We do not accept claims for your card being used fraudulently.  If someone in your household used your credit card without your permission, then that person will be charged with identity theft and fraud.  If an item was delivered to your billing location and you keep that item then you will also be charged with fraud.  We will not honor any claims or chargebacks from your credit card bank for any of the above.

You must check your email, spam folder and any other means by which we may communicate with you.  Inputting inaccurate information for phone, email address, etc will delay your order and is against our terms. 
We will email you If you do not fill our order forms completely, if there is a problem with your address in our shipping label software. It is your responsibility to check your emails. Please take note of which email address you used on your order.
If you request a mock sample and do not receive one within 1-2 business days then it would seem that your email provider is blocking our communication.  Please come to our website and click the live chat within normal business hours (m-f-9-5 EST).
