Refund policy
Understandably, Personalized Products cannot be returned or refunded. All Sales are Final. If we have made an error, your item will be replaced. Please email us a photo of the product you received and point out the error.
If there is DAMAGE in shipping, please put in a claim with the shipping carrier that delivered your package whether it be UPS or USPS. Send us any claim #'s and we will try to assist you, however, the claim process must be started by you. TAKE PHOTOS of the product and packaging and email them to us. SAVE all packaging and product incase the carrier wants to inspect.
First Class Shipments are not insured against claims or damage. We suggest you upgrade your shipping choice to Priority Mail so it is covered by insurance.
We will not refund nor replace any items shipped first class due to damage or loss.
We are NOT responsible for delays with the shipping company. We do not give refunds for what you may deem to be a late delivery as Delivery Dates are NOT guaranteed.
If your item is marked delivered but you have not received it, you MUST contact the carrier for gps location of delivery. If your item was delivered to your location, then you MUST file a police report for mail theft with your local police department. We will not honor any claims for non receipt without proof of gps location delivery from the carrier and a police report for mail theft. If your shipment was insured (priority mail / express mail or UPS) you may then file a claim with the carrier for refund. If UPS then we will file the claim and replace your product. If USPS the claim must be filed by you. You may then decide to re-order or not.
Orders are not subject to cancellation without penalty. If you have made an error on your personalization form, email us immediately with any changes necessary. Do Not place an additional order to rectify the error as you will then be charged for and receive 2 orders.
Do Not submit any artwork or request any text that is of a copyrighted / trademarked nature. If you do we will ask you to replace image/text with non infringing content. If you request to cancel instead, then a 20% Fee will be assessed and deducted from your refund.
A Cancellation fee of 15% will be assessed to any requests for cancellation whereas artwork or production has not been done.
If you request cancellation and artwork has already been made a 25% fee will be assessed to your refund.
If your order has been produced but not shipped, a 75% fee will be assessed.
Once your order is labeled for shipping 100% fee is accessed (no refund)
